Teach For America

The renowned nonprofit Teach For America places recent college grads as teachers in high need communities across the country. I was tasked with creating a new website that conveyed both the organization’s warmth as well as its rigorous commitment to its mission. To do this, I made stylistic departures from TFA’s recently refreshed identity that, in a reversal of the typical top-down direction of a site design project by brand guidelines, helped in elevating that system upstream. The work also had a major digital product design aspect to it, as it included an overhaul of TFA’s teacher corps application flow.
